Salary up to £75,000

Gravitas is working with a world-renowned, not-for-profit organisation that is looking for an experienced Microsoft Product Owner to maximise their investment in Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform.

As the Product Owner, you’ll be championing the roadmap, owning the product vision, and guiding the business to make the most out of Microsoft technologies.

You MUST have demonstrable experience of product ownership with M365 and prior team leadership, as this will be essential to the role.What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead the product strategy and roadmap for Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform.
• Drive system improvements that align with organisational priorities and digital strategy.
• Partner with key stakeholders to prioritise requirements and deliver high-impact solutions.
• Act as SME for technology, training, and capability uplift across the business.
• Work with software suppliers to influence future product enhancements.
• Support architectural design, solution development, and system rollouts.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive and innovative culture.
• Champion Agile ways of working, continuous improvement, and smarter use of technology.

What you’ll need:

• Essential- Prior Product ownership and System administration experience with M365 (Power Apps desirable)
• Essential- Previous team leadership experience
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate needs to non-technical individuals
• Agile delivery, product lifecycle management & backlog prioritisation
• Integrations, design patterns, and multi-channel product delivery
• Collaborative working within complex environments

• Salary up to £75,000
• Remote working (with monthly visits to the nearest company hub)
