Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer

We offer a competitive salary range of $145,000-$230,000 plus equity. Our comprehensive benefits include healthcare coverage and retirement plans.

About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our remote team. You'll play a key role in designing and building innovative features across our entire technology stack.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the CTO and engineering team to design and architect new features and products
• Develop and maintain our back-end applications using modern frameworks
• Improve and scale our real-time, location-based systems and machine learning dispatch systems
• Work across the stack, including building and integrating APIs, improving scalability, and ensuring performance
• Write clean, maintainable code, and review and enforce best practices in system design and coding standards
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical direction

Preferred Experience:

• 5-8 years of software engineering experience, with a strong background in full-stack development
• Expertise in building highly dynamic web applications in an agile environment
• Proven experience with RESTful APIs and real-time, location-based systems
• Solid understanding of both SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (Redis) databases
• Hands-on experience with telephony apps (e.g., Twilio) is a plus
• Experience with scalability and performance management of large-scale systems
• Proficiency with tools like Git, CI/CD pipelines, and project management tools
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead and mentor other engineers
