• Pay Rate: $62.04 - $73.72/hour

Job SummaryAs a Product Manager, you’ll lead the design and implementation of automation solutions across fulfillment and distribution centers. You'll set vision and direction, manage cross-functional teams, and build scalable solutions that support logistics and warehouse operations. This role requires both strategic thinking and detailed execution to drive innovative warehouse technologies.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a vision and roadmap for warehouse automation solutions
• Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement picking and MHE technologies
• Build strong working relationships with Engineering, Business Partners, and Vendors
• Prioritize defects and features for assigned Scrum teams
• Research and solicit proposals for new logistics solutions
• Handle special projects as assigned

Required Experience

• 5-10 years of Product Management experience
• Knowledge of fulfillment center (FC) and distribution center (DC) operations
• Willingness to travel 25-50% (domestic travel to FCs/DCs and HQ)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to interpret and communicate conceptual designs
• Effective multitasker in fast-paced environments
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Proven team collaboration and interpersonal abilities

Nice-to-Have Experience

• Experience working with Scrum teams
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), especially Manhattan
• Background in material handling or automation software (Bastian, Intelligrated, etc.)
• Past work designing or implementing DC/FC automation systems
• Vendor relationship management
