Technical Product Manager (Remote)

Job Description Responsibilities:

• Lead the development lifecycle of technical product initiatives, from early-stage requirements gathering to final delivery and ongoing optimisation. Collaborate with business stakeholders to turn strategic goals into functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translate complex business needs into detailed technical specifications and user stories that engineering teams can implement effectively and efficiently.
• Work hand-in-hand with technical leads to shape the platform architecture, prioritise infrastructure improvements, and ensure systems are secure, scalable, and extensible.
• Build and maintain a prioritised, transparent backlog that balances innovation with execution readiness. Ensure the roadmap reflects the evolving needs of the business and available technical capacity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify business problems focused on enhancing workflows or user experience and identify solutions. Evaluate use cases based on feasibility, technical constraints, and ROI.
• Serve as a communication bridge between technical and non-technical teams. Ensure clarity and alignment by regularly updating stakeholders on product vision, delivery status, and any technical trade-offs being made.
• Help define internal processes and documentation standards that enable repeatable, scalable technical delivery across multiple teams and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a Technical Product Manager or related role, ideally in a platform, infrastructure, or AI/ML-heavy environment
• Proven ability to translate complex business problems into clear technical requirements and product plans
• Strong understanding of APIs, data pipelines, platform architecture, and modern development practices
• Comfortable working closely with engineering teams and participating in technical discussions
• Experience evaluating the business value and feasibility of AI, automation, or analytics-driven solutions
• Confident communicator who can bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Practical mindset, with a focus on delivering value through iterative, testable solutions
