Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is required. Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex data insights clearly are essential. Responsibilities Analyze large datasets related to fleet operations, delivery schedules, and logistical workflows to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide real-time insights to internal teams and clients. Collaborate with operations, sales, and technical teams to understand data requirements and deliver tailored analytical solutions. Support the development of predictive models to forecast demand, optimize routes, and improve resource allocation. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in all analysis and reporting activities. Participate in regular review meetings to present findings, recommend actions, and track the impact of implemented strategies.
