Lead React Native Developer

We are seeking a Lead React Native Developer to join EPAM Systems in Poland. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing mobile applications using React Native as a cross-platform framework. • Design, develop, and test mobile applications using React Native
• Understand API specifications and develop user interfaces accordingly
• Perform peer code reviews and conduct unit testing to ensure high-quality software
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to improve application performance
• Maintain code quality and organization through best practices
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to mobile development

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with React Native
• 4+ years developing iOS and Android mobile applications
• Thorough understanding of design patterns and concepts used in mobile development
• Experience working in an agile environment
• Good work ethic and strong sense of ownership of end results
• B2 level of English proficiency in verbal and written communication

Nice to have

• Familiarity with mobile banking applications
• Proficiency in Swift programming language
• Experience with APIs and integration
• Background in software testing methodologies
• Understanding of user experience design principles
