We are seeking a Java / Python Developer to join a fast-growing technology company building secure, AI-powered data and compliance solutions. Our platform leverages modern microservices architecture, automation, and intelligent workflows to help enterprises capture, analyze, and protect mission-critical information.

This role is ideal for a backend engineer with strong Java microservices experience who is also comfortable working in Python-based services and AI-driven workflows.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based microservices (Spring Boot preferred)
• Integrate and enhance Python services supporting AI/ML pipelines and automation workflows
• Build and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs for high-volume, data-intensive applications
• Contribute to AI-driven backend features including model inference and intelligent automation
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
• Participate in architecture design, code reviews, and performance optimization
• Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch
• Troubleshoot production issues across distributed, cloud-native systems

Required Skills & Experience

• 5-7+ years of professional software development experience
• Bachelors Degree Required within the US
• Strong experience with Java microservices architecture
• Working knowledge of Python and ability to debug and integrate Python-based services
• Experience building and consuming REST/GraphQL APIs
• Familiarity with asynchronous processing and distributed systems
• Experience working in cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Solid understanding of data modeling and backend performance tuning
• Must come from a Start UpPreferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI/ML pipeline integration or intelligent automation platforms
• Familiarity with FastAPI, Flask, or Django
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Background in secure, compliance-driven, or enterprise SaaS environments
