We are looking for a motivated consultant with strong business analysis and delivery expertise to join our growing team. This permanent role offers the chance to work directly with clients, contribute across the full project lifecycle, and grow within a consultancy that values excellence, collaboration, and impact.

The Role

As a Consultant, you will play a hands-on role in both shaping and delivering solutions. You will:

• Analyse & Advise – Work with stakeholders to define requirements, assess processes, and design fit-for-purpose business and technology solutions.
• Implement & Deliver – Support end-to-end project implementation, including system configuration support, data migration, testing, training needs analysis, and transition planning.
• Improve & Transform – Drive business process improvements, design new client journeys, and contribute to change management planning and execution.
• Engage Clients – Build trusted relationships, provide clear reporting, and support project tracking across budgets, risks, and issues.
• Collaborate & Grow – Partner with senior consultants on diverse projects, ensuring deliverables meet the highest standards while developing your consulting career.

About You

We’re looking for consultants who are highly qualified and thrive in both analysis and delivery:

• Tertiary degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (essential).
• Proven experience in business analysis and project delivery in complex environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A proactive, adaptable mindset — equally comfortable advising and rolling up your sleeves.
• Professional certifications in Business Analysis, Project Management, or Change Management (advantageous but not essential).
