Full Stack Developer

We are currently partnered with a ground-breaking startup that is utilizing technology and digitization to combat fraud. In just a few years, they have become an industry leader in the B2B payment verification space, and are trusted by top investment firms. Their clientele includes Fortune 500 companies and numerous private equity firms, giving them access to a multi-trillion-dollar market. Backed by top fintech industry leaders, their team of experts is revolutionizing the security of financial B2B transfers. Currently, our client is seeking a Full Stack Developer to play a central role in building their flagship product by designing, developing, and owning key modules such as payments, reputation, and new authentication systems. In this role you will help establish the technical standards and team culture that will shape the company for years to come. Apart from coding, this role will help define how they approach software development itself. Our client is looking for thoughtful engineers who care not just about solving complex technical problems, but also about how teams collaborate to create a supportive, energized, and high-performing environment. • Base pay: $140,000-$180,000 depending on experience

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing, building, and deploying sophisticated web applications
• Experience with tools for testing. You know that the best software developers demonstrate that their code works, rather than dumping it on a QA department
• Experience with modern UI frameworks, web standards, and web development best practice
• A detailed understanding of the design of data models for use in relational databases
• Experience using cloud infrastructure to deploy reliable and scalable web applications
• History of building authentication flows and/or implemented secure APIs
• Experience building or using tools for data analysis, performance profiling, and debugging

• Contribute to the full-cycle development of our client’s flagship product
• Design, build, and take ownership of new modules—such as payments, reputation, and novel authentication systems
• Help shape engineering standards and team culture at an early-stage, fast-growing company
• Tackle complex technical challenges and drive innovation through hands-on coding
