Fullstack Developer | DevOps - Portugal (Full remote)

Introduction & Summary: We are seeking two experienced DevOps/Fullstack Developers to join our dynamic teams. The ideal candidates will possess strong expertise in Java, React, and AWS, with proficient hands-on experience in CI/CD, Datadog, and observability practices. A proactive and independent approach to analyzing existing services and implementing configuration changes is crucial. Ideal candidates are fast learners who exhibit a strong sense of ownership, allowing them to provide mentoring and uplift the team's overall observability maturity. Main Responsibilities:

• Accelerate migration to Datadog, focusing on alarms and dashboards.
• Analyze existing services and make configuration changes independently.
• Ensure compliance with environment policies and alignment with service rulebooks.
• Contribute to end-to-end testing efforts.
• Provide mentoring to improve team knowledge and practices in observability.
• Support the team in maintaining a stable foundation for technical availability.
• Implement effective monitoring and alerting solutions.
• Work collaboratively to enhance the availability roadmap.

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience as a DevOps/Fullstack Developer.
• Proficiency in Java, React, and AWS.
• Extensive knowledge of CI/CD processes.
• Experience with Datadog and observability.
• Strong mentoring and knowledge-sharing skills.
• Ability to work independently in analyzing and improving services.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Argo Rollout.
• Familiarity with service monitoring and alerting methodologies.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced tech environment.
