AI Factory Product Owner

🌍Location: fully remote. ⏰Start date: ASAP. 💰Rate: up to 500 EUR daily B2B. ⏳Duration: first contract for 4-6 months + extensions. 📕Language: English. ⚙️Industry: chemical. 💻Workload: Full time. We are looking for a skilled Product Owner for its new AI Factory initiative, aimed at industrializing AI solutions across the enterprise. This role is critical to ensure effective delivery and collaboration in a rapidly evolving AI landscape. Main Responsibilities:

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for the AI Factory aligned with Syensqo's strategy.
• Ensure delivery of reusable and secure AI capabilities across various business domains.
• Lead multiple agile squads to maintain alignment on priorities and deliverables.
• Define and prioritize epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Act as a technical liaison among engineering, data, and AI teams for coherent architecture.
• Serve as the main interface between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Embed governance and compliance into product delivery processes.
• Monitor product adoption and user satisfaction for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in agile development environments.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI technologies and product lifecycles.
• Proven experience managing complex technical products at an enterprise scale.
• Ability to translate business needs into detailed technical requirements.

Nice to Have:

• CSPO or PSPO I certification.
• Experience with multi-team or multi-squad delivery models.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using OKRs and KPIs.
• Proficiency in French (preferred).
