Senior Project Manager

Elevate is recruiting a Senior Project Manager to join our eDiscovery and Document Review team! The Senior Project Manager will be the primary liaison and case consultant for customers engaging with Elevate discovery team on eDiscovery projects.

This role requires proficiency utilizing Relativity, Everlaw, and eDiscovery methodologies. Responsibilities include maintaining comprehensive customer and project documentation within the project queue and collaborating with various groups to implement optimal solutions for customer requirements.

Specifically, the Senior Project Manager will

• Conduct initial kick-off calls with customers and their key stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day project communications, including platform overviews, searching, and more.
• Ensure all parties well understand timelines and ensure a plan is in place to meet all relevant deadlines.
• Coordinate data collection activities.
• Document key project decisions and metrics.
• Create document productions and prepare exports for delivery to customers.
• Support customers in the administration and management of eDiscovery workflows.
• Collaborate and communicate with a global team of project managers, analysts, and consultants for support.
• Assist in mentoring the eDiscovery team’s project analysts.
• Perform quality control through all phases of EDRM.
• Support customers with migrating data between databases.

Experience

• Minimum 8 years of experience in eDiscovery project management.
• Thorough knowledge and experience of the end-to-end eDiscovery lifecycle, and managed document review is required.
• Must have strong technical knowledge, outstanding communications skills, a consultative approach, and project management experience.

Skills for Success

• Planning and managing internal and external project communications for effective exchange of project information.
• Willingness to provide after-hours and weekend support as necessary.
• Ability to work both as part of a team and independently with limited supervision.
• Thorough knowledge and experience of the end-to-end eDiscovery lifecycle and managed document review are required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple, simultaneous projects with quality results.

Technical Skills

• Excellent MS Office skills - capable of preparing PowerPoint, Word, and Excel files without support.
• Proficiency with an eDiscovery processing and hosting platform, Relativity highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Industry certifications such as Relativity Certified Administrator, or similar Relativity certifications.
• Law degree highly desirable.
