Freelance Website Developer (Webflow + Shopify)

Eb and Flo Digital Studio is growing – and we’re looking for a confident website developer who specialises in Webflow and Shopify.

You’ll help us bring designs to life for brands that are making waves – from ethical businesses to not-for-profits and creative startups.

We’re a purpose-driven studio founded in Australia, with a fully remote team spread across the globe – just like our clients. Our work spans branding, design, and development, and we’re big believers in fair pricing, fair pay, and treating people like people.

The Role:

We're fully remote, so you can be based anywhere. We mostly operate on EU time zones (our founder is in Malta), but we’re flexible.

This role will start as freelance and project-based, paid hourly or per project depending on scope. We’re growing quickly, and there’s potential to move into a part-time role or retainer-style arrangement if that suits you better. For us, it’s more about finding the right person who fits in with our small, collaborative team – and making the setup work for you.

What we’re looking for:

– Proven experience with Webflow and Shopify

– Bonus points for experience with WordPress

– Ability to confidently translate Figma designs into clean, responsive builds

– Someone self-sufficient, proactive, and solution-focused

– Ability to consistently meet deadlines and expectations

– A sense of pride and purpose in your work – we work with great organisations and always want to deliver work that reflects that

– Strong English communication skills
