Position Overview
Easy Reserve Study (EZRS) is transforming how organizations plan for the future of their assets. Our AI-powered SaaS platform unifies capital forecasting and maintenance planning—helping HOAs, property managers, school districts, healthcare systems, and public agencies make smarter, data-driven decisions.
We’re seeking a professional with reserve study or capital planning experience who can bridge the gap between industry expertise and software product development. This role combines subject-matter knowledge with product management and customer success skills to shape our roadmap, collect client feedback, and ensure EZRS delivers exceptional value across sectors—from community associations to government and institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the software development team to define and refine product requirements, workflows, and features based on reserve study and capital planning best practices.
- Translate complex industry standards into intuitive tools and reports for diverse end users, including HOAs, consultants, and public sector agencies.
- Participate in product testing to ensure outputs align with professional reserve study and compliance standards.
- Contribute to prioritization decisions in the product roadmap, representing both private and public sector customer needs.
- Engage directly with clients to understand their challenges, gather feedback, and identify emerging trends.
- Lead feedback sessions, beta tests, and usability reviews that shape continuous product improvement.
- Serve as the voice of the customer—advocating for usability, accuracy, and impact in every release.
- Develop and deliver product training, webinars, and onboarding for customers across multiple sectors.
- Provide advanced support for complex use cases involving multi-site portfolios or compliance reporting.
- Stay current on reserve study laws, HUD PNA standards, CIP processes, and industry innovations.
- Identify opportunities to expand EZRS’s impact into new markets, including municipalities, utilities, and educational institutions.
- Collaborate on content and thought leadership that positions EZRS as a trusted authority in long-term asset planning.
Working Conditions
- Remote position with flexible hours to accommodate clients across time zones.
- Occasional travel for customer visits, conferences, or company offsites.
Compensation
- Estimated U.S. salary range: $95,000 – $100,000 annually.
