Data Engineer II/III

A Data Engineer II/III develops and performs data migration / ETL processes for store launches, investigates and fixes data issues, monitors and optimizes database performance, and assists in the development of internal data and reporting tools.

Responsibilities:

• Onboard new customers by scrubbing data and importing from multiple data sources
• Write, execute, and validate DML, DDL, and DCL scripts to meet business and customer needs
• Coordinate and perform data imports, data modifications, database maintenance, etc. during and outside of business hours
• Assist customer success and development teams by analyzing data to troubleshoot application issues

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL experience
• Ability to balance business and technical objectives when making decisions
• Ability to balance multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills are a must
• Have a positive, can-do attitude

Pluses:

• 1+ year of scripting and managing ETL solutions
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL
• Hands-on experience with Power BI
• Hands-on experience with C# and/or Python development
