Devlogic is recruiting on behalf of a stealth-mode clinical AI startup

We’re helping a fast-growing healthtech startup hire a Senior Front-End Engineer to lead UX on a platform already used by thousands of ER doctors. In just 12 months, they’ve hit $3 million in revenue, partnered with major healthcare systems, and closed a $3 million seed round.

Now they’re scaling and need a seasoned front-end lead to help drive that growth.

This is a rare chance to own the front end at a company making a real-world impact.

In this role, you’ll:

• Lead front-end development as the team transitions from React Web to React Native
• Build a modern, maintainable codebase with reusable components, strong testing, and analytics
• Work closely with backend and clinical teams to shape a product that reduces charting time for doctors
• Contribute in a remote-first, async-friendly team where your time is respected

What we’re looking for:

• 8+ years of front-end experience
• Strong React and React Native skills
• Proven experience taking products from 0 to 1, then scaling from 1 to 10
• Background in B2B tools or workflow-heavy environments
• Ability to thrive without a designer or QA—this is a hands-on, autonomous role
• A stable track record and long-term mindset

Tech stack: React, React Native, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, RESTful APIs, Microservices, Azure

Interview process: Intro call, two technical interviews, team fit, and founder conversation

PLEASE NOTE / READ:

We will only be moving forward with candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Minimum of 8 years of professional front-end development experience
• Direct experience building and scaling products in early-stage startups (from 0 to 1 and beyond)
• Hands-on expertise with React and React Native, plus familiarity with the full stack listed above
• A track record of stability and ownership in previous roles

This role is not suitable for junior engineers, short-term contractors, or those without experience in end-to-end B2B product development.
