At Devicie, we’re transforming how IT teams and MSPs manage and secure modern workplaces. Our cloud-native platform automates Microsoft Intune deployment and ongoing endpoint management—enabling customers to achieve secure, scalable, zero-touch configuration with ease.

We’re looking for a Solutions Engineer who thrives at the intersection of technology, problem-solving, and customer success. This is a unique opportunity to be a trusted advisor for our partners and customers—guiding them through technical discovery, designing tailored solutions, and ensuring Devicie delivers value at every stage.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the technical onboarding of new customers and deliver proof-of-concept projects, ensuring smooth adoption of Modern Workplace solutions
• Deliver engaging demos, workshops, and technical presentations
• Translate complex customer requirements into scalable, secure solutions using Devicie
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to influence roadmap and resolve technical challenges
• Identify opportunities for process and solution enhancements, contributing to the development of best practices and reusable assets
• Act as a subject matter expert on endpoint management, automation, and cloud-native security

What We’re Looking For

• Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Intune, Azure, or related endpoint management tools
• Proven experience in pre-sales, solution engineering, or technical consulting
• Experience with EntraID, Active Directory, GPO management, and MDM cloud migration
• Familiarity with industry security strategies, frameworks and standards, such as Essential Eight, CIS, NIST CSF, DISP and / or SMB1001
• Proficiency in Powershell, Microsoft Graph, and Windows device management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills—you can engage executives and technical teams alike
• A collaborative mindset and passion for helping customers succeed
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment
