Senior / Lead Front-End Developer (React)

Decima Digital builds commerce systems that power global brands. We’re on the hunt for an experienced Senior / Lead Front-End Developer to join our remote engineering team. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, writes high-quality code, and enjoys mentoring others while staying on top of the latest technologies. You will:

• Lead development of a core front-end application, from concept to delivery
• Collaborate closely with back-end and full-stack engineers to build seamless, high-performing systems
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to other developers
• Design and develop modern React applications with clean, scalable, and maintainable code
• Implement front-end best practices for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness
• Stay current with emerging tools and frameworks in the JavaScript ecosystem

This is a leadership role for a hands-on front-end expert who can think strategically, code efficiently, and mentor confidently Requirements

• 7+ years of professional web development experience
• 2+ years of solid, production-level React experience
• Strong understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and React ecosystem
• Deep experience with state management, component composition, and performance optimization
• Hands-on knowledge of Next.js, Redux, React Query, or similar libraries
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• A proactive mindset—you make things happen rather than wait for direction
