This position centers on creating tangible impact through functional software. You'll leverage AI tools and cloud-native infrastructure to construct full-stack systems addressing significant challenges, not simply completing tickets. You'll need to deliver quickly while maintaining standards, selecting the simplest effective solution that reconciles immediate velocity with sustained maintainability. • Design and Deploy Full-Stack Features: Drive user stories from concept to delivery; refine requirements, architect scalable systems, implement backend and frontend logic, conduct thorough testing, and release to production
• Investigate and Resolve Bugs: Diagnose issues using root cause analysis, address the underlying problems (not just surface symptoms), and prevent regressions through intelligent testing
• Elevate Code Quality Standards: Assess designs and pull requests to confirm clarity, simplicity, and accuracy, preventing technical debt at the source

• Creating pixel-perfect interfaces or intricate backend systems as ends in themselves
• Executing specifications blindly without grasping the underlying problem
• Spending time in continuous meetings debating roadmaps and priorities or tracking down stakeholders

Basic Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience developing production code for both frontend and backend of web applications (any framework).

• Self-sufficient execution: Capacity to remove your own blockers, manage your own momentum, and navigate ambiguous circumstances
• Practical experience incorporating generative A.I. into your daily development workflow
