Position: Java Developer

Type: Hourly contract

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient Java-based applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and deliver new features and enhancements.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality standards and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across applications.
• Contribute to system architecture decisions and integration planning.
• Document technical designs, workflows, and processes clearly.

Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency in Java with a strong portfolio of projects.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
