Position: Front End Developer – Kotlin (Android)

Compensation: $90-$140/hr

Role Responsibilities

• Design, build, and refine frontend components using Kotlin.
• Implement new features and ensure seamless UI integration.
• Test and evaluate AI coding tools in real development workflows.
• Document bugs, issues, and edge cases with clear technical detail.
• Collaborate with research and engineering teams via Slack.
• Provide structured written and verbal feedback on AI model performance.

Requirements

• Strong years of professional frontend or UI development experience.
• Strong expertise in Kotlin and Android development.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality, visually polished interfaces.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with layout fixes, style refactoring, and modern UI patterns.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment.
