Compensation: $30 - $100/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week
Role Responsibilities
- Create realistic and challenging coding tasks for AI to solve.
- Implement deterministic verifiers for solution validation.
- Build scalable services and APIs.
- Conduct secure coding, appsec, and pentesting.
- Perform vulnerability assessments and security-focused reviews.
- Have strong relevant experience in backend development with Java, Node.js, Go, Rust, Typescript, Python, C++ or similar.
- Demonstrated success in identifying and resolving software bugs and system bottlenecks.
- Experience with codebase refactoring and implementing complex features in large-scale applications.
- Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and foundational computer science concepts.
- A cybersecurity or SecOps background is a big plus.
