  • Develop and maintain resource-loaded programmes and support resource planning activities across multiple projects.
  • Lead programme risk analysis and implement mitigation and recovery strategies where necessary.
  • Produce high-quality programme reports, dashboards, and schedule performance metrics for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate regular programme review meetings and drive stakeholders to provide accurate information and progress updates.
  • Support project teams in forecasting key milestones, resource requirements, and project completion dates.
  • Ensure programme controls and scheduling practices are consistently applied.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives relating to planning, scheduling, reporting, and programme governance.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, critical path analysis, resource planning, and programme risk management.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage complex, multi-disciplinary construction programmes.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Ability to influence, challenge, and drive accountability across project teams and external partners.
  • Experience producing executive-level programme reports and performance updates.
