Freelance Front-End Developer (React / TypeScript)Contract: 6–12 months

Location: Remote / Must Reside in Spain

We are seeking a strong Mid-Level Front-End Developer to build a modern web application from scratch for our client that is in the banking industry.

This is a hands-on role focused on delivering a clean, reactive, and maintainable UI that integrates with backend services. You’ll work closely with a feature lead but will be expected to own implementation independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Build a React + TypeScript application from the ground up
• Integrate frontend with REST APIs
• Write clean, well-structured, maintainable code
• Implement unit testing (Jest or similar)
• Contribute to a scalable and understandable codebase
• Deliver features independently from user stories
• Communicate progress clearly and proactively

Required Skills

• Strong experience with React.js and TypeScript
• Advanced JavaScript knowledge
• Experience building frontend applications from scratch
• Solid understanding of REST APIs
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g. Jest)
• Strong CSS / UI structuring skills
• Familiarity with modern frontend tooling
• English (C1 level or above)
