Senior Technical Business Analyst (Remote)

Job Type: Fixed Term Location: Sydney Job Category: Banking and Financial Services,Information & Communication Technology Job DescriptionYour new role We’re looking for a driven and collaborative Senior Technical Business Analyst to support the technical analysis, planning and execution of our Project Symphony program - a major multi-year initiative at the heart of CSC’s transformation. In this role, you'll work closely with business stakeholders, vendors and the wider Technology group to deliver impactful solutions. You will ensure that the Business and Technology teams have a common understanding that enables the successful implementation of solutions that are fit for purpose, technically sound and have the customer at front of mind. Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements and processes to inform solution design
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements
• Lead or contribute to design discussions to resolve complex issues
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, keeping them informed and engaged
• Facilitate requirements walkthroughs, UAT and sign-offs to ensure alignment with business needs
• Develop and maintain documentation, including specs, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Support change management and implementation of solutions
• Identify and drive process and system improvements
• Assist with test planning, test case development and execution
• Contribute to continuous improvement of BA practices
• Support backlog prioritisation through clear documentation, reporting and stakeholder engagement

What You’ll Need To Excel

• IT and / or BA formal qualifications essential
• PRINCE2 or similar Project Management qualifications highly favourable
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a technical business analyst
• Experience creating complex queries (SQL) is desired
• Experience creating and reviewing documentation including functional specifications, user stories or acceptance criteria
• Experience with Salesforce as a software solution
