Lead Full-Stack Python/Django Engineer

We are looking for a very experienced Full-Stack Python Django Developer with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in web development to join an exciting fast growing US based startup company. You will play a key role in building, enhancing, and maintaining features for a custom-built Case Management System. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of backend development, paired with the ability to handle frontend tasks. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain features for our custom Case Management System using Python and Django.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure system functionality, scalability, and reliability.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Handle frontend development tasks using HTML, CSS, jQuery, and React to enhance user experience.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.
• Contribute to the planning and implementation of new features and system improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in Python and Django development.
• Strong proficiency in frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, jQuery, and React.
• Experience with database design and management (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration of third-party services.
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in creating and optimizing scalable web applications.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
