About the Role

Clarisight Consulting is looking for a motivated and versatile Full Stack Engineer with 2–4 years of professional experience to join our growing development team. This role offers the opportunity to work across the entire software development lifecycle—from designing intuitive front-end interfaces to building scalable back-end services. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric web applications that power our AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js) and technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript).
• Build and maintain robust back-end services and APIs using Python with Django or FastAPI.
• Implement real-time features using WebSockets.
• Design and manage relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases, including schema design and optimization.
• Integrate and maintain RESTful APIs to ensure seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, with or without AI-assisted tools.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure performance, scalability, and security.
• Contribute to code reviews and promote best practices across the team.
• Assist in implementing CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and apply them to improve product quality and development efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 2–4 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer or similar role.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one modern JavaScript framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Experience with WebSockets for real-time communication.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with testing frameworks (unit, integration, end-to-end).
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Advanced experience with Python and Django or FastAPI.
• Familiarity with ORMs like SQLAlchemy or Django ORM.
• Experience with database migration tools (e.g., Alembic).
• Exposure to microservices architecture.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and tools.
• Knowledge of software security best practices.
• Experience with performance optimization and scalability.
• Contributions to open-source projects or a strong portfolio of personal work.
