Senior Software Engineer

Senior Full-Stack Engineer | Sydney (or Remote in Australia)

Salary: $180,000-$240,000 (Senior to Lead)

We’re working with a fast-growing company in the home loans space that’s rebuilding how Australians buy homes, simpler, faster, and way less painful.

They’ve nailed early traction and now need a Senior/Lead full-stack engineer who’s worked in an early stage start up before.

What you’ll actually be doing:

• Building and owning real features end-to-end, from API design to UI polish
• Working closely with the founders and design to ship fast and make good trade-offs
• Turning messy product problems into clean, working code
• Balancing consumer-facing product work with internal tools and workflows

What they’re looking for

• 5+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer in early-stage startups
• Strong with React, Node.js, and TypeScript
• Confident across AWS or GCP
• Bonus points for React Native and some exposure to AI developer tools
• You can work autonomously and take full ownership of your projects
