Job Title: Business Analyst (Remote – Australia)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to understand business needs, analyze processes, and help deliver effective technology solutions. You will play a key role in translating business requirements into clear documentation and actionable insights that support project success. This is a fully remote position open to candidates located within Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and business teams.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for technical teams.
• Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
• Support project planning, testing, and implementation activities.
• Create reports, process documentation, and business requirement documents (BRDs).
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions with stakeholders to clarify project requirements.
• Monitor project progress and help ensure deliverables align with business goals.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Familiarity with business analysis tools and documentation methods.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
