Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Enginéer with strong hands-on experience in DBT and Snowflake to join our team. This role requires deep technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize scalable ELT pipelines using DBT
• Develop data models following best practices in modularity, documentation, and testing
• Collaborate with domain experts to translate requirements into robust data transformations
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and consistency across multiple sources
• Monitor and optimize Snowflake usage with performance tuning and cost-efficiency
• Work closely with stakeholders to deliver business-critical insights

Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with DBT
• Proven expertise in Snowflake (schema design, performance optimization, role-based access)
• Solid understanding of SQL and data warehousing best practices
• Good knowledge of telecom business models, systems, and data types
• Familiarity with ELT tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI
• Self-driven with excellent communication skills
