Intelex Implementation Project Manager – Remote + Travel

🌍 Location: Remote (with travel to Stockholm, Berlin & Amsterdam)

Are you an experienced Intelex consultant ready to make a meaningful impact in the fields of health & safety, security, quality, and environment? We’re supporting a leading European energy company, headquartered in Northern Europe with operations across several countries, on a mission-critical upgrade project to consolidate and modernise their HSSEQ systems.

This initiative is part of a wider corporate strategy to boost operational efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and support sustainability goals, and you’ll be at the heart of it.

🔍 Your Role

Join a collaborative, international team where you’ll:

• Assist with launching a pilot implementation within a key business unit
• Map requirements and help configure and roll out the latest version of Intelex
• Work closely with the Project Manager and Product Owner to drive the project forward
• Provide insights and support that align with both technical and regulatory demands

✅ What You Bring

• Solid experience in Intelex system implementation or upgrades
• Strong communication skills in English and Swedish is required
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Sweden, Germany, and the Netherlands
• Familiarity with Agile project environments
• Higher education in a relevant technical, environmental, or operational field
