About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced and collaborative Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead high-performing teams in delivering digital and business transformation projects. You'll facilitate agile ceremonies, remove blockers, and drive continuous improvement—all while working remotely with flexible hours.

This role is perfect for someone passionate about agile principles, team coaching, and end-to-end project delivery in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Facilitate collaboration between developers, stakeholders, and product owners
• Track project progress, manage risks, and escalate issues when needed
• Promote Agile best practices and coach team members on frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
• Foster a culture of transparency, ownership, and continuous improvement
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes aligned with business goals

What You Bring

• 3–6 years of experience in Agile Project Management or Scrum Master roles
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
• Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) is highly preferred
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps
• Ability to manage remote teams effectively across time zones (if applicable)
