Job Description:

The role of the Field and Channel Marketing Manager is to help accelerate the business development of the Business Solutions Group (BSG) at Bitdefender, in the Northern Europe (with a UK focus). Understanding the organization's objectives and current local strategies, he/she is directly responsible for driving demand through channel programs and field campaigns with the clear objective of delivering high qualified leads and high Return on Investment (ROI) for the region the candidate will be in charge. He/she collaborates with the local sales teams and channel partners to increase pipeline and conversion rates, in order to meet or exceed revenue targets for the region.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and monitor a go-to-market plan leveraging allocated budget.
  • Analyze prospects, customers, and market drivers/trends to make recommendations regarding promotional strategies;
  • Drive Lead Generation campaigns with the clear goal of delivering qualified leads.
  • Communicate regularly with the sales and channel organization on campaigns and programs to make them always aware of the Marketing initiatives.
  • Understand and report on the ROI and business impact created as a result of the go-to-market plans and make adjustments to future campaigns.
  • Upload and track all generated leads in Sales Force in the respect of the lead management process.
  • Collaborate with the Bitdefender channel partners, with sales teams, with online & communications teams in order to identify strategic opportunities to run integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Establish relationships with key sales and marketing personnel at focus partners.
  • Host regular monthly meetings with internal stakeholders about marketing developments.
  • Support and execute channel marketing initiatives as needed.
  • Work with sales management teams to grow existing channel partners, attract new partners and generate new business with them.
  • Facilitate training and enablement activities, adapting the communication channels, promotions and training programs to the regional and local requirements.
  • Establish and develop working procedures, initiate and facilitate communication between Bitdefender and local partners and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Build the Bitdefender brand through communication tactics and marketing initiatives.
  • Support and ensure consistency of Bitdefender’s identity and brand in all communications materials.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines and status reports for campaigns, programs, and projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or an analytical field;
  • 5 + years of experience in Channel/B2B marketing;
  • Knowledge of the Northern Europe market is a plus;
  • Experience in the IT software industry is mandatory, IT security is a plus;
  • Multi-task and manage immediate, short-term and long-term projects simultaneously;
  • Organize and schedule work effectively even under urgent timelines;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Experience in an international company is desirable;
  • Ability to work from home 100% of the time and to make business trips, especially to attend professional events.
