About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Node Developer to join our client's team on a remote basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a large global IT consultancy that collaborates with enterprise clients to solve complex business and technology challenges. As a Node Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining backend applications and APIs that are vital to the company's innovative solutions. Your expertise will contribute to delivering scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems that meet the evolving needs of clients across various industries. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical expertise and relevant experience, including:

• Previous experience working within a consulting organization is essential, demonstrating adaptability and client-focused delivery.
• Must be either SC cleared or eligible for security clearance, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
• Proven experience as a Software Engineer with a strong focus on Node.js development.
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript and related frameworks.
• Hands-on experience working within cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for a broad range of tasks, including but not limited to:

• Designing, implementing, and managing backend applications and APIs using Node.js to support enterprise solutions.
• Working with RESTful APIs and integrating external services to enhance system connectivity and functionality.
• Performing comprehensive unit and integration testing to ensure code quality and system reliability.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly to minimize system downtime and maintain high performance standards.
• Collaborating closely with stakeholders, project managers, and leadership to understand project requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
• Participating in code reviews and advocating for best practices in software engineering across teams and projects.
