Staff JavaScript Engineer at BairesDev We are seeking a Staff JavaScript Engineer with deep expertise in JavaScript development, Node.js, frontend/backend development, and enterprise applications. The technology stack includes popular JavaScript technologies and frameworks for full-stack development and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will lead the design and optimization of high-performance JavaScript systems, drive architectural decisions, and collaborate with engineering teams while delivering cutting-edge solutions for complex frontend and backend challenges. What You'll Do

• Design and optimize JavaScript-based applications for large-scale enterprise deployments.
• Architect advanced Node.js solutions for scalable backend systems and APIs.
• Lead full-stack development initiatives for complex frontend and backend systems.
• Drive enterprise application development using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Implement performance optimization techniques for high-throughput JavaScript applications.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on technical solutions and system integration.

What We Are Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in software development with strong JavaScript expertise.
• Proven experience in Node.js development and server-side JavaScript applications.
• Strong expertise in both frontend and backend development technologies.
• Deep understanding of enterprise application architecture and design patterns.
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks and full-stack development.
• Experience with performance optimization for JavaScript applications and systems.
• Advanced level of English.
