Fullstack Developer - Full remote

Position

We're currently looking for a candidate for our client in the healthcare industry.

Salary offered

• up to 168 000 PLN gross/month on employment contract (depending on your experience)
• up to 1200 B2B/MD on B2B contract (depending on your experience) PLN gross/month

You Will Be Successful In This Role If

• You have BS or higher in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• You have 5+ years of experience developing software tools for data analysis (seniority level depending on experience).
• You have strong programming skills in Python (Flask or Django).
• You have experience with frontend development (JavaScript, React).
• You have knowledge of REST and GraphQL APIs.
• You have experience with RDBMS/NoSQL databases (e.g., Postgres, MongoDB).
• You have familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP or AWS).
• You have understanding of High Performance Computing (HPC) environments.
• You have experience supporting data science projects using FAIR data management and reproducible workflows.
• You have biological domain knowledge and data analysis experience are a plus, but not mandatory.

Tasks Waiting For You

• Design, develop, and maintain tools and platforms supporting large-scale biological data analysis.
• Build and optimize web applications and APIs for bioinformatics workflows (REST/GraphQL).
• Collaborate with data scientists and researchers to enable FAIR data management and reproducible analytics.
• Integrate systems with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and high-performance computing (HPC) environments.
• Manage databases (Postgres, MongoDB) and ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Maintain source code repositories and CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in the design of software architecture and contribute to technical documentation.
