• Architect, design, and implement complex software solutions
• Work with Agile squads to deliver secure, high-performing applications
• Own end-to-end SDLC from concept → deployment → maintenance
• Guide technology decisions & evaluate new tools/frameworks
• Mentor engineers and shape engineering best practices
