Frontend Integration Engineer

We’re looking for a Frontend Integration Engineer to:

• Solve complex technical challenges around scalability, reliability, and performance
• Collaborate closely with the UI Engineering team to integrate Agent Assist UI modules into enterprise Agent Desktop systems
• Bring customer feedback directly into product development and help scale integration efforts
• Author a UI integration playbook to drive repeatable, high-quality solutions

We’re seeking professionals with JavaScript, HTML, CSS expertise, and familiarity with Node.js, Express.js, GCP, and web security best practices (CORS, XSS, iFrames). Experience with Salesforce (Canvas apps) or agent desktop tools like Genesys, Zendesk, Cisco, Avaya, NICE, or Twilio is a strong plus.
