Responsibilities:

• Project Management coordinating efforts, planning, budgeting, and risk management.
• Organizational skills Organizational and planning skills, time management
• Flexibility Monitors performance and adapts plans and approaches accordingly
• Proactivity Initiates and leads new approaches and proactively addresses risks
• Cultural Awareness Understanding and navigating organizational culture, aligning strategies, and navigating cultural differences.
• Change Management Expertise
• Understanding of change processes, principles, and methodologies like the Prosci Methodology and ADKAR® Model.
• Familiarity with change management tools and evolving trends.
• Ability to integrate change activities into projects and support organizational transition.
• Communication Clear and empathetic communication, and tailored messaging for different stakeholders, include active listening
• Problem-Solving Analyzing situations, identifying issues early, and developing creative solutions.

Requirements:

• Change Mgt Methodology Knowledge of Change Management Methodologies (Prosci)
• Agile Methodologies Knowledge of Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban etc.) and an experience working in such contexts
• Change Management Certification To be listed (Prosci certification is required)
