Your work will directly influence how the next generation of AI models understands and writes JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. This is a fully remote, asynchronous contract — work on your schedule, from anywhere. What You'll Do

• Review and evaluate AI-generated frontend code for correctness, efficiency, accessibility, and clarity
• Write high-quality solutions to UI and web development problems across varying difficulty levels
• Craft clear, well-reasoned explanations of design decisions, code logic, and problem-solving strategies
• Identify edge cases, bugs, and ambiguities in problem statements or AI-generated responses
• Help set the standard for what great frontend code looks like — at scale

Who You Are

• Proficient in JavaScript, including async/await, closures, DOM manipulation, ES6+ syntax, and browser APIs
• Experienced with modern frontend frameworks and tools such as React, Vue, or Angular
• Strong written communicator — able to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely in English
• Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for code quality, edge cases, and potential failure points
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in an asynchronous environment

Nice to Have

• 3–5+ years of professional frontend development experience
• Background in computer science or a related field
• Experience with data labeling, RLHF, or AI training workflows
• Familiarity with web performance optimization and accessibility standards
