Data Analyst

We’re hiring a Data Analyst – 100% Remote (Spain-based)

Join a global leader in premium international education, and help us turn data into strategic insights that support decision-making across the organization.

Location: 100% remote from Spain

Occasional travel to Marbella offices and annual visit to the HQs in Switzerland

🔍 What you’ll do:

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into clear reports in Power BI
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to define and access the right datasets
• Access, combine and analyze raw data from various sources
• Manage users and permissions within Power BI
• Help define KPIs and explore ways to improve data quality and processes
• Document current processes and find opportunities for improvement

🧠 What we’re looking for:

• Strong Power BI skills (must-have)
• Fluent in English (daily working language – French is a plus!)
• Solid analytical mindset and experience building dashboards and reports
• Understanding of data warehouses, data modelling (star schema, normalization…)
• Experience with large datasets and relational databases
