Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Data Analyst. The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets to identify trends and insights, developing data models, and supporting audit processes. Key tasks include performing statistical analyses, preparing reports, and collaborating with team members to enhance data-driven decision-making. Effective communication will be crucial for presenting findings and working collaboratively with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Strong analytical skills and competence in performing data analysis and identifying trends
• Proficiency in data analytics and statistical techniques, with the ability to interpret complex data effectively
• Experience in data modeling and creating actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills for presenting analysis and collaborating with clients and team members
• Proficiency in relevant analytics tools such as SQL, Excel, Python, R, or similar tools
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience in healthcare or audit-related data analytics is a plus
