Mid-Senior Product Owner (automotive wholesale)

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Mid-Senior Product Owner to join an awesome team and contribute to building a data-enabled technology platform for the automotive wholesale industry.

We're building the data-powered, dealer-to-dealer platform that's transforming the $15bn USD North American used vehicle import market. We are doing it primarily with Flutter and Python. We are looking for someone with around 5 years of product experience - a mid-senior level doer with a good culture fit who knows how to move fast without being told what to do next, loves digging into business processes, solving problems, and is using AI to ship features that move the needle.

As a Product Owner, you will:

• Own product initiatives end to end — define the problem and outcome, shape the solution, guide it through development, and measure impact
• Run discovery to find problems worth solving — gather business feedback, customer insights, and data, then translate them into solutions with clear success criteria
• Produce development-ready specifications and design solutions — structured clearly enough that the team can execute with minimal back-and-forth
• Partner with engineers, data science, and stakeholders to ship features that move the metrics that matter
• Monitor adoption, engagement, and business outcomes after launch, and feed those learnings into the next round of work

We're looking for a candidate who:

• Has proven experience owning product initiatives end to end — from problem to launch to measured outcome
• Breaks down ambiguous problems and makes smart trade-off calls within their scope, delivering value to customers and the business
• Builds AI into daily product workflow — uses Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar to move faster on research, specs, design exploration, data analysis, and stress-testing ideas. We also have dedicated time for AI experimentation and constantly look for new ways to weave AI into how we work
• Has hands-on design experience — comfortable creating prototypes and UI proposals using Figma or AI design tools such as Claude design, not just handing off ideas
• Reads data fluently, pulls their own numbers, and defines clear success metrics before launch
• Can juggle multiple initiatives without losing focus, consistently identifying and advancing the highest-impact opportunities
• Communicates clearly and collaborates effectively across teams and stakeholders, with excellent written and spoken English

A plus:

• Experience running A/B experiments and hypothesis-driven product work
• Experience with Figma — creating designs, working with components, design systems
• Experience with analytics tools such as PostHog, Sisense, Power BI, or similar

Salary

Gross salary from 4,500 EUR based on skills and experience.
