As we move toward this next chapter, we're seeking a Senior Product Manager who is obsessed with using AI to reimagine how media is bought, measured, and made. You’ll lead the roadmap and execution of our next-generation marketing cloud, from automated media planning to agentic creative testing, from MMM-integrated measurement layers to real-time, GenAI-enabled insights.

This is not a traditional SaaS PM role. It’s a systems-building, machine-guiding, industry-redefining opportunity for someone who understands the mechanics of both AI and modern marketing, and has the vision and horsepower to fuse the two.

What You’ll OwnAI-Driven Product Vision

  • Architect the evolution of Prism into an intelligence layer that supports predictive media buying, GenAI creative generation, performance-based measurement, and real-time strategy recommendation.
  • Translate adQuadrant’s IP into scalable software modules for internal teams and brand partners.

Platform Development

  • Define the roadmap across key modules: media planning automation, creative strategy optimization, incrementality testing (GeoLift, MMM), and personalization at scale.
  • Prioritize features based on business value, performance lift, and AI integration feasibility.

AI & Data Infrastructure

  • Partner with engineering and data science to embed LLMs, recommendation engines, and auto-optimization agents into core product workflows.
  • Ensure that the platform can handle the ingestion, transformation, and application of high-velocity data streams (ad platforms, GA4, creative metadata, etc.).

Cross-Functional Innovation

  • Collaborate with media buyers, creative strategists, analysts, and marketers to turn real-world problems into scalable solutions.
  • Be the connective tissue between performance insights and product acceleration.

Measurement & Profit Intelligence

  • Integrate financial modeling and contribution margin analytics directly into the product experience.
  • Build tooling that helps teams and clients optimize toward business outcomes, not just ROAS.

Your Superpowers

  • AI-Obsessed Operator: You’ve shipped real products that apply GenAI, predictive modeling, or machine learning in marketing, adtech, or martech contexts. You have integrated a set of AI co-pilots into your product management routine to amplify your productivity and effectiveness. You are also using AI tools to amplify your ability have your team be on the same page.
  • Marketing Systems Thinker: You understand the full lifecycle of performance, from audience strategy to creative execution to post-click conversion.
  • SaaS Builder: You know how to build lean, fast, and modular. You prioritize for impact, not perfection.
  • Quant & Qual Translator: You’re fluent in both user empathy and SQL. You can conduct discovery, run A/B tests, and drive decisions from dashboards.
  • Platform Strategist: You can abstract services, tools, and workflows into scalable product frameworks that serve multiple teams and verticals.
  • Growth-Minded: You know what matters to marketers, scalability, efficiency, clarity, and results.

Must-Haves

  • 7–10+ years of product management experience, ideally within AI-powered platforms, digital marketing, or martech/adtech. Engineering background a plus.
  • Deep understanding of measurement frameworks (incrementality, attribution, MMM), media buying (Meta, Google, TikTok), and creative optimization.
  • Proven experience owning product from zero-to-one and one-to-N.
  • Strong command of AI technologies and how to productize them (LLMs, embeddings, AutoML, fine-tuning, etc.).
  • Experience working in high-speed, outcome-driven, resource-constrained startup environments.
  • Demonstrated alignment to high-performance cultures and cross-functional influence.
