The Role

You’ll sit directly with the Head of Engineering to build features that don't just chat, but actually do work - like automated content scoring and classification. You’ll be architecting systems, handling complex data, and figuring out how to make AI reliable in the real world.

• Ruby (If you’re a pro here, they will get you up to speed with Elixir)

• 5+ years of shipping. You’ve built and owned real production systems.
