Rate: $32/hr on W2 or $35/hr on 1099.

Job Description:
Product Release Manager who is highly organized, communicative, and thrives at coordinating complex releases across multiple teams and stakeholders. They take ownership of delivery outcomes, proactively solve problems, and serve as the bridge between our Client’s program leaders and Lextech’s engineering and QA teams to ensure smooth, on-time launches. What will you be doing every day:
• Coordinate daily release activities — align timelines, manage dependencies, and ensure projects across client teams to stay on track.
• Act as the main liaison between Client stakeholders and Lextech delivery teams, facilitating communication, priorities, and issue resolution.
• Oversee QA readiness and release validation — track testing progress, confirm signoffs, and coordinate deployment readiness.
• Maintain visibility and reporting — update dashboards, prepare leadership materials, and communicate key risks or changes.
• Support post-release execution — manage triage, resource alignment, and stabilization for smooth handoffs between teams.
• Ensure process compliance – ensure that the team adheres to Client policies and processes Key Requirements
• 3–5 years of experience in product release management, project coordination, or program management within a custom software development environment.
• Proven experience managing release cycles across multiple workstreams — preferably enterprise settings (pharma, healthcare, or life sciences is a plus).
• Strong understanding of SDLC processes including QA, UAT, change control, and production deployment.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills — able to interface confidently with client PMOs, and technical teams.
• Hands-on familiarity with project management tools such as Azure DevOps for tracking timelines, dependencies, and releases.
• Solid technical aptitude — comfortable discussing platform changes, system integrations, and concepts with engineers or IT leads.
• Self-driven and organized — capable of managing priorities independently while balancing demands from both client and Lextech teams.
