2. About the Opportunity:
The Senior Product Manager, Customer Payments role focuses on enhancing the customer payments journey to optimize customer experience, support ongoing financial progress, and reduce risks such as late payments and charge-offs. This position is central to shaping the product roadmap and delivering impactful results by collaborating with multiple teams across the organization. The role drives innovation and quality improvements that support business growth, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation, making a significant and lasting impact on the company’s customers.
3. Responsibilities:
• Lead innovation and strategy to improve customer payment experiences
• Build and execute the product roadmap in collaboration with Product and Customer Management teams
• Drive results focused on customer satisfaction, business growth, operational efficiency, and risk reduction
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Customer Operations, Engineering, Data, and Customer Insights
• Deliver high-impact outcomes through creative problem-solving and leadership
• Support fair and transparent credit delivery to customers
• Adapt flexibly to cross-functional roles within the organization
4. Requirements:
• 5+ years of Product Management experience managing technical software products from ideation through rollout and optimization
• Proven ability to define and influence roadmaps balancing customer, business, and technology needs
• Strong action orientation with a track record of rapid minimum viable product delivery
• Persistent, creative, and results-driven approach to ensure product success
• Willingness to take bold, high-impact initiatives
• Excellent communication skills for leading and inspiring teams and leadership
• Structured problem-solving skills to address diverse challenges
• Intellectual curiosity about emerging technologies and engineering issues
• Ability to gather multiple perspectives, make independent decisions, and drive positive outcomes
• Experience enhancing customer relationships by improving payment and cure rates through testing and optimization
• Ability to travel occasionally within the US for in-person collaboration
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in fintech or payments/collections industries
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Annual full-time starting base salary range: $125,000 - $153,000
• Eligible for additional compensation through annual incentive and equity programs
• Pay based on experience, education, certifications, skills, and competencies related to the role
