We're hiring a Founding Full-Stack Engineer to build core systems. You’ll work closely with the CEO and CTO to develop product features across the entire stack. Backend challenges include DB consistency, sharding, workflow design, and building AI-first primitives. Frontend challenges involve designing new interfaces beyond traditional GUIs for coordination. The product is evolving fast, and you’ll help define its core architecture and culture. We need someone excited to move fast, solve tough technical problems, and operate without hand-holding. You should have strong instincts on product quality, performance, and how to scale infrastructure as we onboard pilots in the biopharma space.
