Who is PLAYA3ULL GAMES?

Launching in February 2022, it is time to transform gaming from a time sink to an asset class. Gamers must take control of their in-game assets and start accumulating year after year instead of dumping time and money into their favourite games. We believe gamers should own their assets and be able to sell them at will. To achieve this, we are producing AA, fun-to-play, free-to-play, and play-to-earn games available through the Epic Games Store.

Who are we looking for?

You will be pivotal in shaping and delivering front-end solutions. Your expertise in building reusable, universal UI systems and integrating with back-end and content management systems will drive the success of our applications.

As a Frontend Developer at PLAYA3ULL GAMES, you will work with our creative and technical teams to bring beautiful, functional, responsive websites to life. You will be responsible for building and maintaining sites, ensuring high performance, and optimising the user experience. It would be best to be well-versed in the latest web technologies and comfortable working with front-end and back-end development.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including backend, game development and marketing teams, to deliver specialised, high-quality software across multiple projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative solutions, drive best practices, and develop scalable, maintainable front-end systems.

Responsibilities

• Accurately translate user and business needs into functional frontend code
• Implement design, code, test, and deploy responsive websites and web applications.
• Development of universal, reusable UI components and systems, ensuring strong abstraction and scalability
• Build and maintain frontend applications using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
• Integrate complex backend systems into frontend applications, ensuring seamless functionality.
• Apply SOLID principles and best practices to design maintainable and robust frontend architectures.
• Collaborate with design and backend teams.
• Implemented and maintained frontend systems, including integrations with content management systems. (CMS)
• Work autonomously, driving feature development from the design team development to production.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues.

Requirements & Technologies We Use

• Proficient in React and TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of Tailwind CSS for building scalable UI.
• Solid use of SOLID principles and design patterns.
• Experience integrating frontend applications with complex backend systems .(e.g., GraphQL, RPC, REST APIs)
• Familiarity with content management systems and their integration with frontend applications.
• Experience with monorepo environments and building reusable frontend systems.
• Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with Shopify. & Printful or similar e-commerce platforms.
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Figma).

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Experience in GraphQL & tRPC APIs
• Knowledge of blockchain or Web3 technologies
