What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Analyze business and technical processes to develop business information processing systems
• Lead efforts on continuous process improvement strategies and organizational redesign
• Conduct requirements gathering and define project scope and objectives
• Collaborate with business process owners on strategic initiatives and resolution of complex issues
• Support the UCM application by providing requirement analysis and estimates to mitigate program risks

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, technical certifications, or work experience
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience in business analysis or product ownership
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL or SQL, JIRA, and Confluence
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with attention to detail

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience working with CMS or medical data systems
• Familiarity with large, complex data sources and experience with data migration
• Agile certification such as SAFe Practitioner, SAFe Agilist, or CSM
• Proven analytical skills and ability to integrate information from multiple sources
• Experience in ETL, Reporting, or APIs
